Prayers for Strength in Storms
Scripture Foundation
In Psalm 29:3, we read, "As the voice of one who proclaims peace, to those who yearn for it, so strange is Your salvation." May we find solace in God's voice, speaking peace and salvation in the midst of our storms.
Ephesians 3:16 reminds us, "That according to the riches of His glory He may grant you to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man." May we be strengthened with all might through His glorious power, rooted deep in Christ.
Isaiah 41:10 encourages us, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." May we trust in the Lord's unfailing love and provision, even in the midst of turmoil.
Matthew 14:27 assures us, "And He went up to them into the boat, and immediately the boat was at the land to which they were going. For they had not taken heed to Him in a little while from the stormy wind and the waves." May we step out of the boat and onto the waters of uncertainty, trusting in Christ's presence and provision.
