(NKJV) Acts 13:52 records, "The disciples were filled with joy and the Holy Spirit." (NIV) And James 1:2-4 encourages us to count it all joy when we face various trials, knowing that our endurance develops character and our character produces a harvest of righteousness. (NIV)
