Healing Heart's Cry
Scripture Foundation
Psalm 34:17 says, "When I am feeble, God is my strength; my Lord, my savior, my God." Isaiah 53:5 reminds us that "by his wounds we are healed." James 5:14-15 encourages us to call upon God for healing, saying, "Is anyone among you sick? Let them call to the elders of the church, and they shall pray over them, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up." Matthew 9:22 declares that "the woman was healed from that moment on."
Prayer Guide
Dear Heavenly Father, I come before you today with a heart that is heavy with pain and sorrow. I confess that I have been carrying this burden for too long, and I am tired. I ask that you would heal my heart and lift the weight of my sorrows. As Psalm 34:17 says, "When I am feeble, God is my strength; my Lord, my savior, my God."
- For God to heal the deep emotional wounds and scars in my heart
- For the Lord to lift the heavy burden of pain and sorrow from my heart
- That I may be restored to wholeness and health, just as the Lord heals the broken and crushed
- For the gift of faith to believe that God is able to heal my deepest hurts
- That I may be comforted and encouraged by the presence of the Holy Spirit in times of sorrow
- For the Lord to bind up my broken heart with His love and care
- For a deeper understanding of God's sovereignty and goodness in all circumstances
Declarations of Faith

- I declare that He is my strength when I am weak (Psalm 34:17).
- I declare that He is the Lord who heals me (Exodus 15:26).
