Rooted in Resilience
Scripture Foundation
Job 14:7 says, "At least there is hope for a tree, for if it is cut down, it will sprout again, that its tender shoots will not cease. Though its root grows old in the ground and its stump dies in the dry earth, at the scent of water it will bud again." (NIV)
Psalm 23:4 reminds us, "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me." (NIV)
Isaiah 43:2 promises, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned; the flames shall not set you ablaze." (NIV)
Colossians 1:24 encourages us, "I take joy in infirmities, in reproaches, in distresses, in persecutions, in which Christ is pleased; for when I am weak, then am I strong." (NKJV)
