Main Content
Cultivating a heart of gratitude requires intentionality and practice. Here are three ways to start:
- 1. Practice gratitude journaling: Take a few minutes each day to write down three things you're thankful for. It could be as simple as a good cup of coffee or a beautiful sunset.
- 2. Share your gratitude with others: Express your thanks to someone in your life, whether it's a kind word, a text message, or a small gift.
- 3. Reframe challenges: When faced with difficulties, try to see the opportunities for growth and learning. As Hebrews 12:28 reminds us, "We suffer with him so that we may also be glorified with him." (NIV)
