Practicing the Presence of God
Scripture Foundation
Matthew 18:20 - "For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." (NIV)
Psalms 139:7-12 - "Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I ascend to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in Sheol, behold, you are there. If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there your hand shall lead me, and your right hand shall hold me. If I say, 'Let only darkness cover me, even the night say, "Here I am," and the darkness will not hide me.' The Lord God is my light, and salvation by you; the darkness shall not frighten me."
Colossians 3:3 - "For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God." (ESV)
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 - "Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body." (ESV)
