Scripture Foundation

"For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." - Matthew 18:20 "Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things." - Colossians 3:2-3 "You are fearfully and wonderfully made; your maker knows your days and formed you from the depths of the earth." - Psalm 139:7-12 "But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob, and formed you, O Israel: 'Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.'" - Isaiah 43:10

Main Content

In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to become distracted and lose sight of God's presence in our lives. Yet, Jesus reminds us that He is always with us, even when we feel most alone. To cultivate a deeper sense of His presence, let's explore three key practices: **Mindfulness**: Take a few minutes each day to focus on your breath, noticing the sensation of the air moving in and out of your lungs. As you inhale, repeat the phrase "God is with me," and as you exhale, repeat "I am grateful for His presence." Allow yourself to settle into the present moment, and trust that God is there with you. **Gratitude**: Reflect on the people, experiences, and blessings in your life. Write down three things you're thankful for today. As you write, ask God to help you see Him in each of these areas. How did He show up in your life today? How did He provide for you? How did He guide you? **Surrender**: Take a few moments to surrender your worries, fears, and doubts to God. Repeat the phrase "I trust You" as you exhale. Imagine yourself releasing all anxiety and stress into His capable hands. Trust that He is working all things together for your good.
