Opening Reflection
As we begin this new day, we often find ourselves facing uncertainty and doubt. The haze of uncertainty can be overwhelming, leaving us feeling lost and uncertain about the future. But as believers, we have a God who is always near, guiding us through the unknown.
Scripture Focus
By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that what is seen was made from things which are not apparent." - Hebrews 11:3
Main Message
In a world filled with uncertainty, it's easy to get caught up in our own understanding and doubts. But as believers, we have the privilege of knowing that our God is a God of hope and promise. Psalm 42:11 says, "Why are you cast down, O my soul? Why are you in turmoil within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God." In the midst of uncertainty, we can choose to put our hope in God, trusting that He is always working things out for our good (Romans 8:24-25). We don't have to worry about tomorrow or next week or next year, because our God is the one who holds the future. He is the one who says, "Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own" (Matthew 6:34).
