Opening Reflection
As small group leaders, we often find ourselves in the midst of a whirlwind of responsibilities, from leading meetings to counseling individuals. It's easy to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and burnt out. But in these moments, we must remember that we are not alone. The Lord is near, and He is our source of strength.
Scripture Focus
"But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." - Isaiah 40:31
Main Message
In the midst of burnout, we often lose sight of our hope in the Lord. We forget that He is our Rock, our Refuge, and our Strength. But as we focus on Him, we discover that He is the One who renews our strength, gives us wings to soar, and empowers us to run and not grow weary. He is the One who walks with us, even when we are tired and faint.
