Opening Reflection
As we navigate life's challenges, it's easy to feel lost and uncertain. But in those moments, we need to hold onto hope, just as the apostle Paul did.

Main Message
In a world filled with uncertainty, we need people who can offer hope and encouragement. Paul wrote to the Hebrews, "Let us consider ways in which we may encourage one another to love and good deeds." (Hebrews 10:23). He knew that amidst the haze of life's challenges, we need each other's support and encouragement to stay focused on God's plan.
In Psalm 42:11, we read, "Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disquieted within me? Hope in God, for I will yet praise him." We can choose to focus on God's goodness and trust in His sovereignty, even when the road ahead seems uncertain.
As we journey through life, we'll face trials and difficulties, but we can choose to fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). May we be people who offer hope and encouragement to those around us, just as the apostle Paul did.
In Romans 15:13, we read, "May the God of hope grant you joy complete or abounding joy by the Holy Spirit, so that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." May God grant us the joy and hope we need to persevere and abound in His presence.
And in 2 Corinthians 4:16-18, we read, "So we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what can be seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." May our eyes be fixed on the eternal prize.
