From Worry to Worship
As single parents, we often find ourselves consumed by worry and anxiety. But what if we could shift our focus from worry to worship?
Scripture Focus
'Do not worry about your life, and do not worry about your body. Is not your life more than the food you eat and the clothes you wear? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap. They do not store in barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. And don't be worried about what you will wear. The gentiles seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.' - Matthew 6:25-27
Main Message
In this passage, Jesus teaches us that worry is a choice. We often worry about our children's well-being, our financial struggles, and our uncertain futures. But Jesus reminds us that our heavenly Father knows our needs and provides for us. He is our ultimate provider, just like the birds of the air who don't worry about their food or clothing.
