Opening Reflection
As we reflect on our journey as Bible School graduates, we often focus on the triumphs and accomplishments. But what about the times when we felt broken, weak, and unsure of ourselves? It's in those moments that we can discover the beauty of our brokenness.
Scripture Focus
For my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me." - 2 Corinthians 12:9-10
Main Message
When we think of strength, we often imagine a powerful and capable individual, unbroken and unshaken. But what if I told you that the greatest strength comes from embracing our weaknesses? In 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, Paul shares his own story of weakness and how it led him to boast in God's power. He writes, "For my power is made perfect in weakness." This means that when we are weak, we become more dependent on God's strength and wisdom. We become more teachable, more humble, and more open to His guidance. The beauty of brokenness lies not in our own strength but in God's power working through our weaknesses.
