Main Message
When we seek God's kingdom and His righteousness first, we're not saying that we don't care about our needs or the things we desire. Rather, we're acknowledging that God is the One who provides for us, and that He is enough. Philippians 4:12 says, "I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether in abundance or in need." When we trust in God's sufficiency, we can experience peace and contentment, regardless of our circumstances.
