Beyond Busyness, a Better Way
As youth group leaders, we're often consumed by the busyness of ministry. We're constantly juggling schedules, planning events, and managing relationships. But in the midst of all this activity, it's easy to lose sight of what truly matters.
Scripture Focus
"Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations! I will be exalted in the earth! The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge." - Psalm 46:10 (NIV)
Main Message
In a world that values productivity and efficiency, it's easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of activity. But Psalm 46:10 reminds us that God is not just a distant observer of our busy lives - He is the Lord of hosts, the God of Jacob, our refuge. He is exalted among the nations and will be exalted in the earth. This is a powerful reminder that our busyness is not the most important thing. What's more important is our relationship with Him.
