In Matthew 6:33, Jesus teaches us to "seek first His kingdom and His righteousness." This verse emphasizes the importance of seeking God's kingdom above all else. When we prioritize God's kingdom, we align our lives with His will and find true purpose.

Ephesians 5:16 reminds us to "rejoice in the hope of the glory of God." As believers, we have an eternal perspective, knowing that our struggles and hardships are temporary. We can rejoice in the hope of eternity, trusting that God is working all things together for our good (Romans 8:28).

In 1 Corinthians 9:24, Paul encourages us to "run so as not to get weary." This verse highlights the importance of discipline in pursuing our calling. As believers, we must be willing to make sacrifices and persevere through difficulties to stay focused on our purpose in Christ.

As we discipline ourselves to pursue our calling, we're able to stay focused on our purpose in Christ. We're no longer swayed by external influences or tempted by fleeting pleasures but instead remain committed to serving the Lord.
