Scripture Reading and Analysis
Colossians 3:23-24 says, "Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. Be submissive to your masters with all respect, not only to those who are good and courteous but also to those who are perverse." (ESV)

Hebrews 12:2 reminds us that Jesus is the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. (ESV)
Psalm 138:8 declares, "The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O Lord, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands." (ESV)
