Colossians 3:23 says, "Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men." Matthew 6:33 reminds us, "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." Hebrews 12:2 exhorts us to "fix our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith." And in 1 Corinthians 9:24, we're told to "run in such a way as to get the prize." These verses all point to one truth: our purpose is to seek God's kingdom and His righteousness above all else.

In a world that values efficiency and productivity, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life. We can easily become focused on our own goals and desires, forgetting that our ultimate purpose is to serve the Lord. But when we prioritize God's kingdom and righteousness, we're able to maintain a faithful focus amidst the chaos. We're reminded that our worth and value come from being children of God, not from our accomplishments or achievements.

So how do we prioritize God's purpose in our daily lives? It starts by recognizing that our ultimate goal is to seek His kingdom and righteousness. When we fix our eyes on Jesus, we're able to stay focused on what truly matters. We're able to say, "I'm not doing this for myself or for others; I'm doing this for the Lord." This mindset allows us to persevere through difficult times and maintain a faithful focus.
